David Beckham's newest ink is just slightly newer than his daughter, Harper 7. David has the name 'Harper' tattooed on his collar bone, resting above a design of three cherubs (representing his three sons) carrying the body of Jesus.
Religious Tattoos
Another recent addition is a depiction of Jesus Christ on his lower right torso, which became visible to the public when he removed his shirt during a match between AC Milan and Juventus in early 2010. Emblazoned across his back is an image of a guardian angel, which was one of his earliest tattoos. In fact, this one was acquired just after he caught the ink 'bug' after getting the name of his first son tattooed on his lower back. Another religious symbol is the cross and angel wings floating on the back of his neck, just below his hairline.
Family Tattoos
As well as having his wife's name, Victoria (or Vichtoria, as unfortunately the tattoo is misspelt), written in Hindi on his forearm, David has the name of all three sons, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz on his back. Brooklyn appears on his lower back, while Romeo and Cruz take their places above and below his guardian angel respectively. Harper's appearance on his collar bone completes family names. Not content with names, David has a picture of his wife on his arm, based on his favourite photo of Victoria in a 'Bardotesque' like pose. At a later date, David added the words, "Forever by your side" below the image of his wife.
Different Languages
As well as names, Becks has phrases written in Latin, Chinese and Hebrew. One such phrase translating as, "I am my beloved and my beloved is mine." Religion and sentiment prevail in the translation of the Chinese script trickling down his left rib-cage reading, "Death and life have determined appointments. Riches and honour depend upon heaven."
Dates and Numbers
There could be no number other than the 7 from his shirt to take pride of place on Becham's right forearm. The date of David and Victoria's commitment ceremony is tattooed in matching places on the couple's wrists, written in Roman numerals. Not quite a number, but 10 roses adorn his upper left arm in recognition of his tenth wedding anniversary. David says, 'Most of my tattoos are memories and things that mean something to me."
